Returns Policy

At Minimasti.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags and invoice. Returns are also accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange pickup within 5–6 business days (subject to pin code availability).

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI within 7 business days after verification.

Please note: Items that are worn, damaged, personalized/custom-made, or returned after 15 days of delivery are not eligible for returns. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product fails quality checks.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are 3–5 days for metro cities and 5–7 days for other regions. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your delivery status. While rare, delays may occur due to weather conditions, remote locations, or courier service disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you updated proactively.
